The coffee lab

Brew Lab is a bright counter at the Berges du Lac: hanging lamps, plants, and an espresso machine running from 7:30.

Our beans come from Ethiopia, Colombia and Brazil, roasted every week. Espresso, flat white, V60 or matcha: every cup is weighed and timed.

Brunch is served all day: avocado toast, shakshuka, pancakes and home-made granola.
